achieving Black Belt.

Bob Eskridge, President of Eskridge & Associates is very proud to announce that Kellion Johnson, Associate Recruiter, has achieved his 1st degree black belt in Shaolin-Do Kung Fu.  Kellion “KJ” started practicing in March 2006 and on August 20, 2008 tested for his 1st degree black belt in from of Grandmaster Sin Kwang Thé, 10th degree Grandmaster of the Shaolin-Do system in the United States.

Bob said, “Martial Arts is an excellent analogy for the recruiting industry.  Like recruiting, understanding and working on the basics skills are the building blocks necessary to make you successful.  We are all very proud of his achievement.”  KJ plans to begin working on his 2nd degree black belt which is expected to take at least two years to achieve.
