Round Rock, TX, Jun 26, 2007. Congratulations to Eskridge & Associates for being awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the US Army to provide for Locum Tenens (Contract) Physicians nationwide.

The contract was awarded by the Center of Health Care Contracting, Ft Sam Houston, TX and will be effective from 1 Jun 2007 through 31 May 2012. The purpose of the agreement is to provide a quick means for the various US Army installations to get needed physicians and other medical personnel in over 64 specialties on a contract basis. The specialties range from Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Hospitalists to Neurologists, Psychiatrists and Orthopedic Surgeons. The physicians on this contract will remain as civilians while working on the installations. The assignments can range from three months to three years depending on the needs of the US Army.
